House Calls

Duke is an all-encompassing clinic providing care for acute and chronic illnesses, assisting in functional medicine options and IV therapies, but one of the amazing options we provide is HOUSECALL SERVICES. This means if you or your loved one qualifies, the provider can come to the home or facility and take care of the patient there. We work with families, facilities (if the patient lives there), home health and hospice agencies, wound care, and nail care. We are skilled at managing dementia/Alzheimer's patients. We manage medications, acute illnesses, blood work where the phlebotomist comes to the patient, as well as radiology for x-rays and ultrasounds that come to the patient. We take most insurances.
